1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Traffic Safety Supply website at trafficsafetysupply.ca, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site.
2. Site Purpose
This website is intended for business-to-business (B2B) procurement of traffic safety equipment. Pricing is available on request via quote only. Product descriptions and specifications are provided for informational purposes and are subject to change without notice.
3. Quotations & Orders
Quotations provided by Traffic Safety Supply are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Submission of a quote request does not constitute an order. All orders are subject to confirmation and stock availability at time of purchase.
4. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, specifications, and compliance information are accurate. However, product information may contain errors or omissions. Buyers are responsible for verifying product suitability for their specific application and local regulatory requirements.
Returns
Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in resalable condition. Contact us first at Hadi@trafficsafetysupply.ca to arrange the return. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item.

Delivery within British Columbia. Lower Mainland = Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley. Outside BC: freight is quoted by destination and quantity. Prices in CAD, plus applicable taxes.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Traffic Safety Supply or its content suppliers and is protected by Canadian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
Traffic Safety Supply shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or reliance on information contained herein. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the specific order in question.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
8. Changes to These Terms
Traffic Safety Supply reserves the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
