Most products are available in both single units and bulk quantities. Bulk orders receive volume-based pricing — simply request a quote and specify your quantity.

Absolutely. Our quote form lets you select multiple products, add quantities, and include project notes so we can prepare a consolidated quote for your entire order.

All prices are in CAD and before GST/PST.

Interac e-Transfer to Hadi@trafficsafetysupply.ca, or by card at checkout. Cash on delivery by prior arrangement. Payment is due before delivery; we do not offer credit terms.

Yes. We accept purchase orders from municipalities, companies and other organizations, with payment before delivery by Interac e-Transfer or card. We can also fill in your vendor or supplier registration form. Email Hadi@trafficsafetysupply.ca.

Yes. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in resalable condition. Contact us first at Hadi@trafficsafetysupply.ca to arrange the return. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item.

Yes. Our traffic cones meet MUTCDC (Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices for Canada). Documentation is available on request. For other products, ask us for the specification sheet. Always confirm project-specific requirements with your engineer or the authority having jurisdiction.

We deliver across British Columbia at a fixed delivery fee based on your order subtotal (before tax): Lower Mainland (Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley) $25 under $250, $49 for $250–$999.99, $79 for $1,000 and over; rest of BC $35, $79 and $129. Outside BC, freight is quoted based on destination and quantity. Full table on our Terms page.

For in-stock items, we confirm your delivery date in your quote. If an item or quantity isn't in stock, we'll give you the expected lead time before you order.
